Florida Council of Churches

In an open letter published in the Washington Post on Oct. 12, 138 leading Muslim scholars and religious leaders petitioned the Christian heads of communions and churches to dialogue together on the Two Greatest Commandments. The Royal Academy of Jordan organized the Muslim leaders in this effort. This extraordinary, 29 page letter was made public as the Islamic religious observance of Ramadan concluded.
